Usually I am super excited for any break Reagan has from school. I love having her home and being able to do fun things. This year was different. We were coming off of two weeks of being home from sickness. Reagan went to school on Friday and came home announcing that the following week was Spring Break. What!? At one point we had known about it and Marcus and I talked of taking off to visit people in WA or CA but survival mode killed all of that. The last thing we needed/wanted was another week off.
We decided to make a list so we could have fun activities every day. The kids were excited about this and so was I. Marcus even took a half day off to go miniature golfing with us. One of the highlights of the week was the backyard camping trip. The weather was perfect and Marcus was thrilled to break out the tent. We had tinfoil dinners and later had smores by the campfire. Will and I slept inside (Will because he was super tired and had missed his nap and been up late the night before, me because... I am pregnant and prefer my bed)
The week ended up being great and we finished 2/3 of our list.

Oh the memories you are making. Glad the family could go camping. The kids only knew they were in a tent with daddy and you all enjoyed the outdoors together.
