It was great to be in Utah for General Conference this spring. In the past, Conference is usually when we are most homesick for family.
Aunt Stephanie and Uncle Travis and their family came and spent a night with us and then Uncle Spencer and Coulson and Aiden spent the next night with us. We were able to watch sessions at home (trying to keep our traditions alive), at Grandma and Grandpa Jackson's house (where many of the traditions came from), and also got to watch a session with Grandma and Grandpa Darrington (a special treat).
It was a particularly special session because Marcus was able to attend the priesthood session with his Dad, brothers, and nephews at the Conference Center in SLC. The rest of us were able to hang out with all the girls and cousins at Aunt Becky's house in Pleasant Grove. We had a great time. The best part of this move are moments like these when we get to be involved in family activities.
Uncle Spencer has officially been declared the best story-reader in our house. Will doesn't remember Uncle Spencer and is sitting with him. That alone tells you it was pretty awesome.

General Conference April 2012
Working on packets with Grandma and Grandpa.
I will have to get a picture of the boys at Priesthood Session. It was amazing to see how much Coulson looked like Marcus.
It was a great weekend!
