While we were in Florida, Grandma Darrington took us to a fun place called Gatorland. We went on a day that wasn't very crowded and had a great time looking at all the gators, birds, snakes and other wild life.

This was one of the tricks we saw during a show. We were very impressed.

Marcus was feeding the aligators with some hot dogs but it turned out the aligators weren't very hungry and the birds were. This bird was especially agressive and had a HUGE beak that could pretty much take them from your hand. It freaked us all out and we quickly found a new area.

We were walking around (still looking for hungry gators) when we passed a little display with a baby aligator and some big snake that you could pet or hold. Marcus decided he had worked up his courage and said he would hold the snake. He passed the hot dogs to me and I asked, "Can't they smell the hot dogs?" The lady running the display said it was a little risky and maybe he should wash his hands. Marcus decided to pass on the holding after all.

We really had a great time just looking around and hanging out with Grandma.

these girls are certainly going to school that little boy on how to treat a woman right!
Those are great pictures. Hopefully we'll be able to go back again in April.
