The following pictures are in order of when they were taken. That is about as much orginization as I am going to get right now.
We went to a great Nativity Display that our old ward is a big part of. It was one of my favorite things to do for Christmas. I loved seeing the 100's of nativity scenes from all over the world. They also had a great kids room with activities and dress-ups.
One day while reading stories before naps Will climbed off of my lap and laid himself right under the Christmas tree. Before the story was over, he was asleep.
There was very little that I would let the kids do while we were showing the house (because we were having several showings in a week). One of the things that were "allowed" ... making and hanging snowflakes. Reagan made tons.
Our Shoreview ward had a Christmas party this year (hooray!) and the kids were able to participate in a program. The youth made this amazing stable and it made the entire scene come to life. Reagan and Ainsley were both Angels.
The three Sunbeam girls are all super calm and so they had this idea to have them sit in the loft area. They seemed least likely to move around and fall off. Of course the girls, Kaitlyn, Ainsley, and Naomi, were all excited (can't you tell by their faces). The only problem was that night Ainsley was getting an ear infection. We wondered about it but decided to wait and see. During the party she became more and more uncomfortable and fidgeted and squirmed the entire time she was in the loft. I thought for sure she would fall and afterwards the primary leaders said the same thing. We were all praying she wouldn't fall and that she wouldn't fall and land on baby "Jesus". Somehow she made it through.
We were so glad to have a doctor in the ward (his wife volunteered his services) who checked her ear and called in medicine so we didn't have to go the ER.
One day I walked in the bathroom to find Will busy drying his hair. Sometimes when I would get ready he would take off with my hair dryer. This is the only time I caught him actually using it for the right purpose. So funny!
One of the only snowfalls we had before we left. The kids loved it and had a great time playing. I captured a few pictures from the window.
