Halloween Week 2010

The carving pictures crack me up. Reagan loves carving but was mad at me for something and I caught her face and saved it. Unfortunately, forgot to take a happy Reagan picture. Our neighbor Sofia came over and asked to carve with us and so she joined in. The more the merrier right?

Our Halloween pizza. The kids were pretty excited about these.

This year I did not put any effort into my kids costumes. They love love love to dress up and want to be something new every day so this year I decided they could choose... for every event. Next year I will remember to take pictures. snif snif.

For Dance Class:
Reagan - Cowgirl

Ainsley - Blue Princess aka Cinderella

For visiting the Retirement Home:
Reagan - Ladybug
Ainsley - Bumblebee

For Ainsley's Costume Party:
Reagan - Bumblebee
Ainsley - Blue Princess aka Cinderella

For Trunk-or-treat:
Reagan - I can't even remember
Ainsley - Again... drawing a blank
Mommy - Amelia Airhart (and then someone took a nasty picture and put it on facebook - another reason I am not a fan of FB)
Daddy - 70's dude
Will - Tiger (costume was too small and I never took a picture... )
This is my Will picture

For Halloween Night:
Ainsley (passing out candy) - different version of cowgirl (skirt)
Everyone else - scaring people and watching movie

I completely failed on the picture taking. It was a fun week though. I love Halloween. One of these years I am going to show up on my parents doorstep and suprise them. It just isn't the same not being at Grandma and Grandpa's house for Halloween. I am always homesick for this holiday.
