Why you need good neighbors

Or at least why we need good neighbors.

Because we will need to call them at 7:30 on some random Wednesday evening to come unlock our girls bedroom door and let us out. And because the only neighbors we could get a hold of live 5 houses down the street and we live where it is freezing cold, said neighbors will have to drive (with a sick child) down to our house to let us out. And did I mention the husband is the city assistant fire chief?

A very embarrassing end to a really long day.
