And he walks...

Today Will took his first steps. The girls and I just happened to be watching when he let go of the couch, balanced, and then took 2-3 steps. It was very exciting and Reagan immediately asked, "Mom, can you make him do it again?!" Adorable.

He really is growing so quickly. I can already tell that my boy is going to give me a run for my money. He can reach my counter tops and even feel around a little if he is on his tippy toes. I am worried about burns (my girls have never tried to reach my pans while I am cooking on the stove top but he is aggressively doing just this) and other injuries. Two days ago at dance he managed to climb on top of the table in the lobby before I realized it. He LOVES climbing and then going down. He climbs on top of empty bins and off again (over and over and over).

This kid also loves balls and cars. We have like 5 total but he loves them. Time for some boy toys I guess. Luckily, this little man is 11 months old as of yesterday and his birthday is right around the corner.

As for other news, Ainsley managed to really pinch her hand in a microphone stand. I felt so bad for her. It was swelling so quickly and Ainsley just sat around with frozen veggie ice packs all day. Today she is feeling much better and her hand is quickly healing so we are grateful for that. She is regularly telling us about her favorite colors blue and purple so she is pretty pleased with the color of her hand. Twisted huh?
