Today was truly a day of LABOR for us. Marcus finished converting our scrap pile of wood (where our deck should be) into a neat wood pile in the back corner of our yard and it looks amazing! I mowed the lawn and then weeded around the house.
The real fun began when we decided to tackle the garage. We hauled almost everything out and then cleaned and almost got it put back together. I think we have 4 boxes left to unpack! There is still a little bit of work to be done but it is just about ready for the dreaded winter. (Tammi, you would be proud!)
In true Marcus fashion we ended the day with a little BBQ, homemade vanilla ice cream, and soda. It is great to work hard and even better to finish it off with some playing.

I am so proud!!!! Mostly, I bet it felt so good to get that done! I only wish I would have been there to help or at least play with the kids or something. I can't wait for pictures. So glad to hear you are feeling well enough to tackle such big projects. Give everyone a hug for me:)
What in the heck were you outside mowing the lawn and weeding? William is only 7 weeks old, crazy lady!
