These pictures were taken during Reagan's last play date with her best friend Brooke and Brooke's twin sister Aimee. Oh how we miss these little girls. Reagan and Brooke hit it off the first day in Kindergarten. They planned parties together, did arts in school together when they had their choice of free time and generally just had a great time together. It usually worked out really well to have them over because Aimee and Ainsley played well together also.
I hope Reagan can find another really great friend soon. This has been the most challenging part of our move for her. She misses Brooke.
As I have been looking at these pictures it reminded me of a conversation Reagan and I had one day. Reagan came home from school and informed me that although Brooke didn't go to our church, Reagan knew she believed in Jesus. I asked her how she knew this. Reagan told me that one of the boys in Reagan's kindergarten class said that Jesus wasn't real. Brooke stood up against him and said he was wrong and that Jesus was real. I think this impressed Reagan. She was glad Brooke said something to the boy and glad that they had yet one more thing they agreed on.
