Our good luck poster
Last night we were able to attend Marcus' spring choir concert and it was AWESOME!!! I am definately biased towards my husband but when it comes to music, I am ignorant enough not to be too biased. The concert was seriously so good! Several people made comments about the level of talent and quality of the performance. One guests even commented that they should charge money and sell CD's.
Marcus joined (with some pushing:)) about 6 weeks ago and has really worked hard to get up to speed with the other performers (about 40 in total). The choir started practicing in January so he was behind but he did a great job. It was so much fun to watch him sing in this type of setting as it is something I have never seen him do before. I have heard about his talent and high school show choirs but it is much better first hand. My first thought was, "You can tell he has done this before." Truly fun to watch.
The only other person that enjoyed it as much as I did was Reagan. She was familiar with a couple of the songs because Marcus would practice while giving the girls their nightly bath. Reagan loves music and had a great time watching Daddy perform.
Sadly, I was too busy wrestling kids to take the camera out and get any pictures. Luckily we will get a CD of the performance so we will have something to remember the night by. For those that want more info on the choir their website is www.mnmormonchorale.org.

Could you post one of the songs when you get the CD? Great job, Marcus. I truly miss performing!
Thanks Babe. You are too kind. it was fun, but I seriously would not have done it had you not pushed me (seems like the same thing happened with the MBA...). Thanks again for the support. Maybe we can try it again this fall...
