Have you ever worked so hard for something that your entire body just hurts? That is how I feel today. I am exhausted. Mentally, emotionally, physically... you name it and I feel spent. I have no idea if the hard work will pay off. I have no idea if right choices were made. All I know is that our project is finished and hopefully the end result will be worth it.

Of course their is always work waiting and projects to be completed but I think they can hold off until next week. It is Friday afternoon and instead of taking a much needed nap (a whopping 3.5 hours of sleep last night following a month of low sleep) I am going to make cinnamon rolls for my kids in preparation for the Friday Night Family party that Marcus and I promised them (because let's be honest, they have paid the price of the last month).

Hopefully, the rest of the weekend will be spent relaxing with my family and gearing up to face a month of neglected tasks.

In other news, Will is growing up too quickly. He is up on all fours and desperatly trying to crawl. I give him less than a week. I am a little sad this time. I miss my baby (who knew I would EVER say those words!). I have an adorable picture but my camera is refusing to upload so pictures will have to wait.

So this post sounded very dramatic and mysterious when I read through it again. We have been working hard to finish our house and really pushed this past month, meaning working every single night and often times late into the night. The final goal has been to get a good appraisal so we can have a normal mortgage instead of home equity loans. Sounds simple but since we purchased the house the financial and home markets have both crashed, especially hard here. We had our appraisal today and although we have NO IDEA what the outcome will be, it is a load off my shoulders to know it is out of our control at this point.
