Our house has central air but the previous owners did not fully remove the swamp cooler. Luckily, the part that is left is mostly cosmetic inside the house.
Look at all 2 inches of insulation. No wonder our utility bill is so big! Between the lack of insulation and old windows we are out of luck.
It now has sheet rock and is waiting for a patch job. Don't you love the paint line on the ceiling? Good times in house remodeling.
