The pictures are crazy out of order and I cannot get them to change. I love celebrating Father's Day. I am super lucky to have a great Dad and father-in-law and even more lucky to have a great husband who is an amazing father to our kiddos. Growing up my sister and I always used to joke that our Dad had made it really hard to find a good husband because every guy we date was compared to him. My Dad, in his typical style, would say that it has taken him many years to be where he is now so give the guys a chance.
One of the things I am most grateful for every day is having Marcus as a spouse and the resident "Dad" in our house. He is great. This past year I have become more aware of this as I have seen others without. It has helped me to be more appreciative of his help, support, and especially his time. Marcus gives us the best gift in his time. We are his desire. We are where he wants to be. Luckily, at least right now, life has allowed us this.
For Father's Day this year Marcus received a tent and the makings for smores. He was one happy camper!
