Odds and Ends

There are a few things I wanted to remember.

~The other night during our nightly "highs and lows", Ainsley's high was being by ourselves all day and Reagan's low was not having any friends over to play.  These girls are so different in every way.  I love their differences and hope they do too as they grow up.

~New this week, Will can officially get to the top bunk.  As you can see by the photo above, he is very proud of himself.  He can also get onto the trampoline (and off) by himself.  Sigh.  Big sigh.  It is pretty much a miracle that he doesn't climb out of his crib but I think the only reason he doesn't is because he hasn't seen anyone else do it.  I am also hesitating on getting a pool for the backyard because Will escapes out of the house any chance he gets and he is great at working the hose.  Just doesn't seem like a great equation to me. 

 ~I am having a difficult time decorating my living room.  I love seeing the whole picture and wish I could just order "1 living room in a style I would like".  Wouldn't that be awesome?!  It is super hard for me to pick out each piece individually.  What I wouldn't give for a little shopping with Bee, Laura, Ang, and Lauren right about now.  Discussing such matters always seems easier with these girls.   

~My husband is great.  I mean really great.  He has amazed me lately. 

~Reagan has crazy rashes all over her skin.  Eczema.  This is a first in my family. 

~This has been our week off before summer activities begin.  Next week we are starting the summer fun with soccer, gymnastics, and a short stint of swimming lessons. 

~You can tell I live in Minnesota because I am dreading June 21 and the shorter days that will begin to follow it. Before living here, I never cared about the shortest day of the year or longest.
